One-Bedroom Apartments (1/2/3 People):

These apartments are located in the “gypsy green” building, Laurel de San Matias Street, No. 7. They have a large living room with an American style kitchen (fully equipped) in an open space concept, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom. They are quiet outward-facing apartments thanks to their location in a pedestrian street, provided with natural light and also smoke-free (only for NON-SMOKERS).

The apartments have:

– Flat screen TV – satellite channels – TDT – Air conditioning and heating in the room and the living room – living room with sofa and armchair – dining table – soundproofing – wardrove – linen – bathroom with towels, shower, hairdryer, toiletries and bidet – kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave, electric kettle (on request), kitchenware, cutlery and glassware, ceramic hob, toaster and coffee maker – each apartment has a washing machine on the terrace.

They are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your visit to Granada and, if you are 3 people, we set an extra bed in the living room.

The access is by stairs. Since it is a protected building, the installation of a lift has not been allowed. They are outward-facing apartments.

On request and without extra cost, we offer iron and iron board, clothes rack, cot and high chair among other options.

We can also provide you with Spa services, tickets to the Alhambra and ski pass to enjoy the excellent slopes of the Sierra Nevada ski resort during winter and spring.

Cots are free of charge for children under 2 year old. Older children or adults are charged 25€ per night for extra beds, sofa-beds or sharing the existing beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds / babycots in an apartment is 1. Extra beds and baby cots must be requested previously and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Two-Bedroom Apartments (1/2/3 People):

These apartments are located in Laurel de San Matías Street, no 1. They have a living / dining room with American kitchen (fully equipped) in concept of open space, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 bathroom and fitted wardrobes. They are all outward-facing, very quiet -in a pedestrian street-, with natural light and also smoke-free (only for NON SMOKERS).

They are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your visit to Granada.

The building has 3 floors with a beautiful Andalusian patio. Access to the upper floors is by lift or stairs.

The apartments have:

It has a living room with the roof and walls made of glass, with views to a private terrace and the sky to let your imagination fly …, dining room with independent kitchen (equipped) in concept of open space, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 bathroom and fitted wardrobes. It is incredibly bright, with plenty of natural light also smoke-free (only for NON-SMOKERS).

They are fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your visit to Granada.

We can provide tickets for the Alhambra until 1 day before the date of the visit, whenever there is availability.

Spa

It is located next to the reception and remains open from 9:30 am. to 2:30 pm. and from 4:30 pm. to 8:00 pm. We work by appointment only

Cribs

They are offered free on request.

Late check-in

Don´t worry if you arrive outside reception opening hours. Just let us know and we will send you an access code to get inside the apartment and the car park at any time.

Tourist information

During and after the check-in we provide you with a map and give you interesting information about the areas and activities that can be carried out.

Left luggage

If you arrive before the time of arrival or need to continue visiting the city in a comfortable way on the day of departure, we store your luggage during the reception hours, free of charge.
